These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website fastlotoapp.com and of the support channels operated by Fastlotoapp ("we", "us", "our"), including our WhatsApp Business number, e-mail and Telegram. By using the website or contacting us through any of these channels, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Who We Are

Fastlotoapp is a software engineering and game development consulting business based at Mikhaila Hrushevskoho St, Kyiv, Ukraine, 01008, operating internationally. You can reach us at info@fastlotoapp.com.

3. Our Services

This website presents our consulting services: game development, software engineering, systems architecture, economy simulation and DevOps integration. The content of the website is informational only and does not constitute a binding offer.

Any actual engagement — scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, intellectual-property assignment, confidentiality and warranties — is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed between us and the client. Where such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.

• use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure without our prior written permission;
• interfere with the availability of the site, for example through denial-of-service attempts or automated request floods;
• scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site without our permission;
• submit false, misleading or third-party personal information through our forms or messaging channels.

5. WhatsApp and Support Channels

Our WhatsApp support runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta, handled through our Chatwoot support desk. When you use it:

• you confirm that you are the authorised user of the phone number you contact us from;
• you agree to communicate respectfully, and not to send spam, abusive content, malware or unlawful material;
• you understand that your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and policies;
• you can opt out of our messages at any time by replying STOP.

We may stop responding to, or block, any number that abuses the channel. Support replies are provided during our working hours and we do not guarantee a specific response time unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

6. AI-Assisted Replies

Some support replies may be generated or drafted with the help of an AI assistant. AI-generated content can be incomplete or inaccurate. It is provided for general information only and is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. Nothing produced by the assistant creates a binding commitment on our part. You can request a human team member at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, layout, graphics, logos, icons, code and design — is owned by Fastlotoapp or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial exploitation requires our prior written consent.

Third-party names, trademarks and logos referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

8. Third-Party Services

This website is hosted and delivered through third-party providers (including Netlify and Cloudflare), and our messaging runs through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
